Currently the Director of the Troocoo Executive Search division, and part of the Senior Leadership Team, Callan Raine is responsible for the growth of the Commercial Executive and Boards practice within the Australasian executive market. Over the past 13 years, Callan has developed an extensive network of national executives and is passionate about partnering with executives and boards to uncover and recruit exceptional leaders. Callan prides himself on providing c-suite executives with expert advice and market insights that will benefit their careers.
During his executive search career, Callan has had the privilege of leading successful executive search and contingent recruitment teams within top-tier organisations across various international markets. Prior to joining Troocoo, Callan was a director at several recruitment firms, where he was responsible for the management and strategic growth of the executive recruitment business for those organisations.
In the healthcare market, Callan helped establish Asia Pacific’s first Healthcare Workforce Managed Service to the public and private sector, across medical, nursing, allied health, aged care, and commercial operations. This direct exposure and commercial partnership to decision-makers, ranging from the Health Minister and Director-General to chief executive officers in regional and metro locations across multiple disciplines, has provided a strong referral network, not only within Australia but internationally.
This extensive day-to-day exposure to various c-suite executives, combined with an established network of client connections, provides Callan with a unique position to leverage some of the most sought-after talent in the market.
