Duy possesses over six years of recruitment experience within the Public Sector, spanning Local, State, and Federal entities and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Queensland.
As a leader of a team of highly skilled Government recruitment professionals, he is responsible for sourcing and engaging the best talent across Queensland. His team is well-versed in the nuances and compliance requirements of specific recruitment and selection processes within the government sector.
With a proven track record in both permanent and temporary Government selection and recruitment, Duy has excelled in leading complex and large volume recruitment campaigns. Prior to joining Troocoo, he was instrumental in heading the Government recruitment division for a national Australian firm.
