Originally from the United States, Jacqueline studied hospitality management at Florida International University in Miami. Her transition from hospitality to recruitment was driven by a desire for a more meaningful and impactful career. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she recognised the urgent need for support in the healthcare sector and pivoted into healthcare staffing. As an account executive for a Florida-based agency, she partnered directly with hospitals and healthcare professionals across the country, quickly developing deep sector knowledge and a passion for the work.
Now based in Brisbane, Jacqueline brings that same drive and dedication to her role at Troocoo. With the healthcare division still in its early stages, she plays a key role in helping to establish and grow the practice. Her focus is on building a robust national pipeline of doctors and job orders, ensuring Troocoo is well-positioned to support both clients and candidates across the healthcare landscape.
