With over 18 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, Jade brings a proven track record of designing and executing high-impact talent acquisition strategies across both permanent and contingent hiring models.
Jade has worked extensively with global organisations, leading recruitment programs across EMEA, India, and North America, while also establishing scalable solutions across Australia and the Philippines. She has partnered with founders and C-suite leaders to build trusted, long-term relationships and has consistently delivered value through tailored service models, defined by clear SLAs and KPIs.
A champion of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I), Jade has embedded inclusive recruitment practices into broader business strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities. Her ability to lead recruitment transformation, drive operational efficiencies, and manage cross-regional teams has resulted in substantial cost savings for clients, most notably delivering over $6 million AUD in savings for a major account.
At Troocoo, Jade is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the People Advisory function, while ensuring the team delivers responsive, scalable, and forward-thinking solutions. Her cross-sector expertise spans FMCG, luxury retail, technology, professional services, and hospitality, making her uniquely positioned to meet complex talent needs with agility and insight.
