Laura is the Associate Director of the Procurement, Contracts & Supply Chain division at Troocoo.
Laura has several years of experience in the recruitment industry, working within boutique and large multi-national agencies, both in the UK and Australia. Since moving to Australia in 2017, Laura has recruited across the Melbourne and Brisbane markets for a wide variety of businesses and industries.
She entered into the Supply Chain and Procurement function in her first recruitment role and quickly found a passion for the complexity and diverse nature of the industry.
Having run both permanent and high-volume contracting desks, Laura is able to adapt her approach and style depending on her client's requirements and time constraints while delivering high-quality results.
As the sole Recruitment Consultant on the CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) Queensland Committee, Laura has access to a broader talent pool while actively contributing to the growth of the procurement and supply chain sector. Engaging with peers and industry leaders allows her to stay updated on emerging trends and best practices, providing valuable insights for her clients.
