Mariana is a Payroll Officer within the Finance division at Troocoo. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Business, and has worked for a variety of reputable companies, however this is her first role in the recruitment industry.

Mariana's broad career history across different industries has equipped her with many versatile and transferable skills. The adaptability gained from working in varied environments contributes to her ability to navigate challenges and bring a fresh perspective to her current position.

At Troocoo, Mariana works closely with all departments, activating new employees, checking and finalising timesheets, processing weekly and fortnightly payments including payroll tax and superannuation, responding to and resolving any payroll queries.

The role provides a blend of structured processes, problem-solving, and direct impact on the organisation’s success, making it a fulfilling and engaging experience.

Mariana wants to participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline payroll processes and enhance overall organisational effectiveness. She aims to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the strategic aspects of payroll management, such as implementing innovative technologies and strategies to further elevate the efficiency and accuracy of the payroll system at Troocoo.
