Prudence is the director of the Sales, Marketing, Communications & Digital team at Troocoo and is part of the Senior Leadership Team.
With over 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Prudence has developed an extensive network through her work in career transition and recruitment across government and commercial businesses nationally.
Beginning her career in Business Support, she transitioned into a Sales, Marketing, Communications and Digital (SMCD) specialisation role where she built a strong network across Marketing, Communications and Digital creating connections nationally. After eight years in SMCD, Prudence moved into Outplacement and Talent Mobility consulting, working with Human Resource Directors and Senior Leaders on implementing onboarding, outplacement, mature age and coaching solutions for their workforces.
After gaining invaluable insights into business, she has returned to her true passion and love, SMCD recruitment, as the Director of Sales, Marketing, Communications and Digital for Troocoo.
As a passionate and driven recruiter, Prudence's authentic approach and genuine care ensure that all candidates and clients have a positive experience when working with Troocoo. Her primary focus is to help people excel in a new organisation by identifying new opportunities that add value and create a high-performing workplace, resulting in a positive work experience for everyone.
