Robyn Titmus
Director - Executive Search
Robyn brings a wealth of experience spanning over 30 years with the last ten years dedicated to executive search, recruitment and career transition/coaching both in Queensland and Tasmania. She is proud to be one of the first women appointed with Boral Ltd as a State Sales and Marketing Manager, enjoying a career of 20 years including experience in training, leadership coaching, HR services, marketing and sales management. Earlier in her career, she enjoyed four years as a television presenter in sports media.
Drawing on her experience during the past eight years in Queensland, Robyn specialises in board, C-suite, executive search and recruitment services. Combining her corporate management experience, she appreciates the client’s perspective and commercial expectations. She has grown her focus and passion to partner with and achieve successful outcomes for many Queensland State Government Departments, Local Government Councils, a range of Utilities, in particular the water sector, and small to medium business enterprises.
As a team builder, trained in managing and coaching staff to achieve their goals, this has instilled a tenacious and results driven approach to deliver above client expectations. Dedicated, professional and loyal with a high level of integrity, she is motivated by working with candidates to help them achieve their personal and career goals which has resulted in strong client and candidate networks in Queensland and interstate.
Robyn is a member of the RCSA and IPAA Queensland, and as proud parent of Olympic Swimmer Ariarne Titmus, she volunteers her time to support other families of the Australian Swimming Team in her role as President of PODS (Parents and Partners of Dolphin Swimmers).
