Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide quality and timely advice to management and staff on strategic and operational human resource management issues, consistent with the legislative framework.
- Facilitate the resolution of complex employee issues through the provision of effective support, case management and workplace interventions.
- Provide contemporary, best practice HR services by identifying areas of need and conducting appropriate coaching, training, information sessions and other proactive services to enhance managers’ capability.
- Develop and implement HR reporting systems, governance systems and processes through innovation and new technologies to support and meet future business needs.
- Support and participate in the design and delivery of strategic HR projects and programs.
- Prepare concise, accurate and timely HR correspondence, reports and submissions.
- Build and maintain effective and productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote and encourage a workplace culture that is outcomes focused, collaborative, engaged and seeks continuous improvement in processes and practices.
