This role focuses on nurturing and strengthening relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional service rather than focusing on sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met and offering solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns to maintain strong, positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive the highest level of service and timely support, aligning offerings with their evolving needs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to proactively adjust services and offerings, ensuring clients are always receiving the best solutions.
  • Use Salesforce to track client interactions, keeping detailed records to ensure smooth communication and superior service delivery.

  • Proven experience in account management, focusing on long-term relationships and client satisfaction.
  • Skilled in identifying and addressing client needs, proactively offering solutions to ensure their continued success.
