Based in Brendale, North Brisbane, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team. As the Account Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor and support your team, while playing a key role in GAME Clothing’s continued success. Key Responsibilities;
- Nurture and grow existing client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and continued business.
- Actively identify and pursue opportunities for new business within existing accounts and new prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and initiatives that strengthen client relationships and drive growth.
- Set goals and track progress, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, offering exceptional service and addressing any concerns or needs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and work together to create tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Proactively manage client expectations, ensuring that their experiences with GAME Clothing are positive and impactful.
- Prepare regular account reports and updates for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Use sales and customer data to gain insights into trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations in meeting client needs.
- Oversee accounts in Brisbane and Victoria, ensuring seamless communication and support throughout the customer journey.
- As the business grows, contribute to the development and expansion of the account management team.
- Mentor and support a geographically dispersed team of regional sales staff, helping them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
- Create a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
- 5-10 years of experience in account management, sales and/or business development.
- Strong ability to nurture relationships, manage accounts, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Experience in mentoring or coaching a team.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
