Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with proactive service and tailored solutions

- Ensure seamless coordination with internal teams to guarantee best-in-class service delivery
- Stay connected with industry trends, customer needs and market opportunities through strong professional networks
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to track and manage client relationships, ensuring accuracy and proactive follow-ups
- Engage in client entertainment and industry networking to strengthen relationships and deepen engagement
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales with a focus on long-term client relationships and service excellence
- A natural ability to build trust and rapport, ensuring clients feel valued and supported
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs
- Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Collaborative mindset, working seamlessly within a close-knit and experienced team to achieve shared business goals
