We are seeking an experienced Administration and Facilities Assistant to support a leading education institution. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic learning environment, providing high-level administrative and facility coordination support within a clinical education setting.
Key Details:
- $49.26/hr + Super
- 3 days a week
- Immediate start - 14th of April
- Located in The Range, Rockhampton
- Assisting with facility management, including responding to maintenance requests and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Managing student accommodation logistics, coordinating bookings, and addressing accommodation-related concerns.
- Providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and processing reimbursements.
- Supporting clinical skills training, including preparing equipment and managing inventory.
- Acting as a key liaison between students, staff, and external stakeholders.
- 2+ years’ experience in administration, facility coordination, or project management.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with facility management systems (e.g., Archibus, StarRez) is highly regarded.
- A keen eye for detail and an understanding of health & safety regulations.
