About the Role:
In this front-line and behind-the-scenes hybrid role, you’ll provide warm, professional service to both internal teams and external visitors, while ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. You’ll be part of a values-led team working together to make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service and reception support
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
- Assist with travel bookings, office supply orders, and invoice processing
- Maintain kitchen amenities, communal areas, and office supplies
- Support internal events and meetings (room set-up, printing, laminating)
- Manage reception inbox and general admin support across departments
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold organisational procedures and values
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, empathetic approach when dealing with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organised and professional
- Team-focused with the ability to work autonomously when required
