About the Role:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the EA to the Managing Director and HR Manager.
  • Coordinate office operations, including scheduling, document preparation, and reporting.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with event coordination, travel bookings, and office management.
  • Support HR and executive functions with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support with any adhoc administration tasks that overflow from other departments.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven administration experience in a corporate setting, minimum 4+ years.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
  • A team-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanour.
