About the Role:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the EA to the Managing Director and HR Manager.
- Coordinate office operations, including scheduling, document preparation, and reporting.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with event coordination, travel bookings, and office management.
- Support HR and executive functions with discretion and professionalism.
- Support with any adhoc administration tasks that overflow from other departments.
- Proven administration experience in a corporate setting, minimum 4+ years.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
