About the role
- Sorting postal applications
- Scanning applications into the system
- High volume data entry
- High volume records management
- Printing and sorting postal applications received via fax/email
- Responding to public enquiries received by email/fax
- Miscellaneous administration tasks requested by Managers
- Using various systems
- Processing inbound and outbound correspondence
- Other ad hoc duties as required
- Must be available immediately - Commencing March 17th
- Must be able to work in the office full-time – no WFH available for this position
- Must be able to pass a criminal history check if required
- Previous experience within a contact centre, data entry or customer service background is ideal but not necessary
