Troocoo are partnering with this leading Government department to recruit MULTIPLE Call Centre Officers AO3 in response to the recent Queensland weather event. 

YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY (potential same day start)- notice periods cannot be accommodated. 

These contracts are dependent on the requirement and nature of the weather event and we will be contacting suitable applicants as the need arises. 

Requirements:

• Availability to commence IMMEDIATELY
• Must have availability 24/7 – this is a FULL-TIME role
• Zillmere location – parking on-site or travel via train
• Empathy & previous call centre experience

The roles:

• Taking a large influx of inbound calls from the public in relation to the weather event
• Displaying empathy when dealing with distressed or upset callers from the public
• Providing information and advice via phone and emails
• Engaging with the public via call ensuring professionalism at all times
• Assisting with information on grants and disaster payment options

Benefits:

• $49.40 p/hour + super
