Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality administrative support to meet departmental requirements.
- Provide outstanding client service by resolving issues efficiently, courteously, and confidentially.
- Accurately complete word processing, spreadsheets, task registers, and database work, including generating correspondence and collating supporting documents.
- Undertake general office duties such as filing, photocopying, managing physical file movement, and processing deliveries within established timeframes.
- Manage individual workload effectively, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and monitoring emails to ensure timely action.
- Participate in relevant training to stay up-to-date with application processes and provide assistance with training new team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback on training materials.
- Perform other administrative tasks across business units as required.
- Previous recent experience within the legal industry or similar is required.
- Experience in legal or compliance-based administrative roles is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently when required.
- MUST be able to pass a Criminal History Check.
