Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and process a range of licensing applications and renewals in line with legislation, policy, and procedure.
- Deliver responsive and professional customer service via phone, email, and written communication.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry within internal systems.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily processing targets and KPIs.
- Identify and escalate complex cases where appropriate.
- Support continuous improvement and contribute to system and process enhancements.
- Assist in preparing reports and performance updates as needed.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Must have previous licensing or case management experience in a similar environment
- Must have previous government experience
- Good communication skills
- Precise attention to detail
- Efficient and accurate data entry
- Works well under pressure and can handle high work volumes
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Proactive team player with a can-do attitude
