Troocoo Government Team are proud to currently be partnering with a well-known State Government client in helping them recruit for multiple AO4 Licensing Assessment Officers to join a professional and supportive team. You’ll play a vital role in assessing and processing licensing applications with accuracy and efficiency, while delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and process a range of licensing applications and renewals in line with legislation, policy, and procedure.
  • Deliver responsive and professional customer service via phone, email, and written communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry within internal systems.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily processing targets and KPIs.
  • Identify and escalate complex cases where appropriate.
  • Support continuous improvement and contribute to system and process enhancements.
  • Assist in preparing reports and performance updates as needed.
  
Required Skills and Attributes:
  • Must have previous licensing or case management experience in a similar environment
  • Must have previous government experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Precise attention to detail
  • Efficient and accurate data entry
  • Works well under pressure and can handle high work volumes
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Proactive team player with a can-do attitude
