We have multiple roles across Queensland recovery hubs, to provide support to those in need.

✅ Client Support – Advise individuals on available recovery assistance and help them complete grant applications.
✅ Trauma-Informed Care – Provide sensitive and compassionate support to those who have experienced significant trauma and to connect them with support organisations.
✅ System Proficiency – Accurately process and manage grant applications using internal systems.
✅ Customer Service – Deliver high-quality service and assistance to community members in need.
✅ Face-to-Face Interaction – Engage directly with affected communities to provide hands-on support.
✅ Flexibility & Adaptability – Work effectively in rapidly changing environments and respond to evolving needs.

- Contracts are commencing immediately (we cannot accommodate notice periods)
- $58.02 p/hour + super – Troocoo agency contractor role
- o Initial contract to 04/04/25, pending business and weather requirements
- MUST have full working availability (24/7) and be able to work weekend and long hours
- Must have flexibility and must be able to work in changing environments
