Are you a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a confident and proactive Business Support Coordinator to join our Client in the Brisbane CBD on a temporary contract.
This full-time, in-office role (8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday) is available for an immediate start and will run until the end of the financial year. Possibility of extension beyond EOFY/temp to perm.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and Forum Coordination: Manage logistics for stand-ups, steering committees, and project team meetings, including liaising with stakeholders, sending invitations, booking rooms, arranging catering, preparing agendas, and collating papers.
- Business Support: Provide administrative assistance across the Advisory division, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Executive Support: Assist EAs with operational and administrative overflow to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
- Financial administrative Tasks: Handle purchase orders, reconciliations, and expenses.
To excel in this role, you will be:
- Proficient in Outlook, with experience managing calendar appointments and invitations.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Confident working in a busy office environment and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Team focused approach, willingness to support where needed.
- Strong experience as a senior administrator or junior EA/PA.
- Immediate start with a reputable organisation.

This role has a high possibility of extension beyond EOFY and so is only open to candidates with unrestricted working rights at this stage.
