Troocoo have partnered with this market leading brand in the Australian banking and finance sector to assist with finding a Change Manager. This role will join the team on a 6-month initial contract basis (possible extensions) working across their digital banking platform.
The business is currently undergoing significant transformation from a ways of working perspective and would value an adaptable change manager that brings experience in a agile environment in Jira and Confluence.
The Change Manager will:
- Manage Business & Operational Readiness planning & delivery
- Ensure the impact of the change on key stakeholders' groups are identified
- Develop/document business readiness activities for impacted stakeholder groups
- Collaborate with impacted stakeholders in the design and delivery of the business readiness activities.
- Work with impacted stakeholder groups to ensure they are well prepared for the change
- Have experience in a similar role working on large-scale, complex business change initiatives - system and supporting process changes.
- Previous experience with banking applications.
- Extensive experience in customer & stakeholder management; influencing, interpersonal and consultative relationship building.
- Well-developed project organisational skills and the proven ability to work with cross disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and high performance
- Extensive experience engaging, communicating and working with business stakeholders.
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience
