About the Role This role sits at the heart of the company's performance marketing efforts, covering paid media, email, SMS, app, and organic social media. 
  • Plan and execute social media, email, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
  • Manage digital assets, CRM segmentation, and optimise landing pages throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and support campaign launches.
  • Support budget tracking and reconciliation of paid media spend to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure social and email content aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Assist in briefing and coordinating deliverables from external paid partners, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Conduct competitor research and monitor industry trends to refine marketing strategies.
  • Assist with campaign launches, including testing email templates, reviewing ad previews, and checking campaign links.
  • Compile and analyse data for weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific performance reports.
About You:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing, performance marketing, or eCommerce.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in Shopify, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with CRM and social media scheduling tools.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive and curious attitude, always looking to learn and improve.
