As the Claims Design & Digitisation Lead you will work closely with senior leaders from across the business, responsible for designing and delivering AI-driven solutions that enhance the customer and operational experience.
This is a hands-on, strategic role where your leadership, technical insight, and problem-solving ability will directly contribute to shaping the future of the organisation.
Further to this the key responsibilities of this position will be as follows;
- Lead the development and delivery of digitisation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy and objectives.
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions to improve process automation, scalability, cost control, and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with business leaders, data teams, and technology stakeholders to create end-to-end solutions that drive operational efficiency.
- Map data sources, process requirements, and customer interactions to inform the redesign of business processes and integrate AI capabilities.
- Manage the full lifecycle of digitisation initiatives, including planning, design, implementation, and post-implementation monitoring.
- Facilitate workshops and consult with senior leaders to support the adoption of digital solutions and drive AI literacy across the organisation.
- Ensure that all digitisation initiatives are governed effectively, with clear documentation of risks, controls, and monitoring requirements.
- Provide internal consulting support to business leaders, helping to solve operational challenges and build capability within their teams.
- You’re an experienced leader with a passion for digital transformation and a deep understanding of the intersection between technology, business, and customer outcomes.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior business partnering, consultancy, or process redesign role, preferably in digital or operational transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools and platforms, including machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and data analytics, with the ability to apply them in process optimisation.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing the delivery of complex digital initiatives.
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work closely with operational teams to understand challenges and design impactful solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, and translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Familiarity with data science models and how they can be applied to solve business problems is beneficial, although hands-on model-building experience is not required.
- A background in financial services, insurance, or a related operational environment is ideal, but we are open to candidates from diverse industries with relevant experience.
