In this role, you will manage a portfolio of technical motor claims, assisting customers throughout the process and ensuring a high level of customer service. You will handle a range of complex cases, occasionally needing to manage difficult conversations, such as claim declines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of claims, guiding customers through each stage of the process
- Handling customer inquiries (both in-bound and out-bound)
- Assess claims and resolve complex issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the broader team
- A strong background in customer service (call center environment)
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector will be highly regarded
- The ability to manage sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Ability to understand and communicate technical/legislative information to customers - particularly when delivering unfavorable outcomes
- High level of resilience when dealing with cases in a complex environment
