We’re seeking an experienced and people-focused leader to step into a pivotal Claims Team Leader role, overseeing a high-performing team in the claims and injury management space. This is a leadership opportunity where you’ll coach, support and develop your team to deliver effective claims outcomes and exceptional customer service.

Experience Needed:

- Personal injury, workers compensation, or return-to-work environments
- Claims management or general insurance/banking and financial services
- Contact centre leadership, particularly within KPI-driven or multi-site teams (e.g. telco or retail cluster/store managers)
- Have proven experience leading high-performing teams
- Are confident managing and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels
- Bring strong communication, negotiation and coaching skills
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Have a team-first mindset with a focus on achieving outcomes
