An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Officer to join a large, industry-leading transport and logistics organisation based in Brisbane’s western suburbs. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving outstanding debts.
- Conduct credit assessments and monitor customer credit limits.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve account discrepancies.
- Process and allocate payments while maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and other ad hoc credit control duties.
- Previous experience in a credit officer or accounts receivable role.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
