What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in insurance claims, must have experience dealing with the NSW CTP MAIA scheme.
- Qualifications in Law, Insurance, Medical, Allied Health, or related disciplines.
- Strong skills in dispute resolution, complaints handling, and decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply legislation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex findings in plain English.
