Affinity Education Group are seeking a Customer Experience and Capability Specialist to join this dynamic and purpose-driven organisation on a 12-month Full-time Contract. This role plays a key part in supporting the marketing and sales strategy, with a strong focus on customer experience and service excellence at every touchpoint.

About the role:
  • You will partner with cross-functional teams to review and improve the end-to-end experience for new and existing families.
  • Use insights and data to map out and evolve the customer journey, from initial enquiry to enrolment and retention.
  • Investigate trends in customer drop-off and identify at-risk segments.
  • Work closely with marketing to design tailored communications and feedback loops that enhance parent engagement.
  • Deliver training, workshops, and coaching to Area and Centre Managers to build their confidence in enrolment conversations and local marketing strategies.
  • Use insights and data to create actionable journey maps that align with the sales funnel and key customer moments.
  • Provide guidance on using digital platforms and community partnerships to support enrolment goals.
  • Support the development of best-practice guides and sales materials to enhance centre tour performance and enrolment success.
About you:
  • Experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to sales enablement or community engagement.
  • Proven background in customer experience or enrolment growth, ideally within childcare, education, or services.
  • Strong experience in training delivery, including workshops and coaching.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social platforms.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident in analysing data, spotting trends, and developing strategy accordingly.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
