What You’ll Do:
In this role, you'll be at the heart of the Brisbane team, driving customer interactions with empathy and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer accounts.
- Using your negotiation skills to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
- Conducting skip tracing and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Suggesting improvements to processes, procedures, and customer interactions.
