Reporting to the Marketing Automation and Personalisation Lead, you’ll focus on optimising customer journeys, driving engagement, and contributing to our sustainability goals by:
- Coordinating digital marketing activities and customer engagement initiatives across various departments.
- Managing automated and personalised campaigns using platforms like Braze, with a focus on customer lifecycle journeys and performance analysis.
- Updating and maintaining content on the website to ensure it aligns with digital marketing efforts.
- Analysing data from digital channels, social media, and web analytics to derive actionable insights.
- Supporting the organisation of promotional campaigns and events to engage our audience effectively.
A strong communicator with a passion for sustainability, you excel in creating compelling content and driving customer engagement. You’re a great fit for this role if you have experience in:
- Developing customer journeys and managing marketing automation platforms.
- Using data and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Writing and proofreading content to ensure clear, engaging communication.
- Building strong relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Presenting insights and strategies effectively through both verbal and written communication.
