Artemus Group has built a dynamic presence with award-winning venues like Felons Brewery, Howard Smith Wharves, and iconic destinations like Story Bridge Adventure Climb and Manly Wharf Bar. With a focus on creating memorable experiences, they are now looking for a passionate and highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join their team and help bring their marketing campaigns to life.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Team and Business Managers to implement innovative digital and traditional marketing strategies that drive revenue and engage customers. From developing email campaigns and managing websites to assisting with activations and content creation, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with the Marketing Team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
• Maintaining marketing calendars and overseeing the roll-out of activities.
• Assisting with events, activations, and content creation, including coordinating photoshoots and liaising with vendors.
• Managing digital platforms like websites, CMS, email campaigns, and external listings.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of digital ordering platforms and supporting CRM and database communications.
• Contributing to PR activities and assisting with market research.

What We’re Looking For:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing/communications with 3+ years of experience in hospitality or adventure tourism marketing.
• Proficiency in CRM, email marketing, CMS, and eCommerce platforms.
• Strong design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and graphic design.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities, with a creative mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to challenges and seizing opportunities.
