We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Facilities Administrator to support the smooth operation of day-to-day facilities and office management tasks. Working as part of a busy and dynamic team, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholder communications regarding facility-related matters
- Raising and managing purchase orders in an ERP system
- Scheduling and coordinating trades and service providers for site repairs and maintenance
- Managing shared inbox enquiries and responding in a timely, professional manner
- Providing general administrative support, including document management, scanning, and filing
- Assisting with reception duties and handling incoming calls as required
About You:
- Previous experience in a facilities administration, property coordination, or office support role
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with internal teams and external service providers
- Experience using an ERP system for purchase order processing (desirable but not essential)
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A high level of organisation and attention to detail
