Shifts Available: Mon to Fri:
5am-2pm / 7am-4pm / 9am-6pm / 10am-7pm.
Plus every second Saturday morning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and scheduling deliveries to meet delivery in full, on time targets.
- Managing logistics challenges in real-time, including re-routing and stakeholder updates.
- Maximising fleet utilisation while ensuring safety and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring inventory and stock levels at depots to prevent delays.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring proactive communication about delivery status.
Experience Required
- Experience in fleet allocation, scheduling, or logistics coordination.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks under time pressures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Intermediate IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. SAP is advantageous
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working within a dynamic team environment.
- Industry experience in transport, manufacturing or building materials.
