Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, their families, colleagues, and medical professionals. Across NDIS, Private Practice & EAP services
- Assist clients in achieving their goals and fostering independence by conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and providing evidence-based psychological interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with care teams and other health professionals to deliver holistic care.
- Prepare detailed reports for medical providers, NDIS, and other stakeholders.
- Offer high-quality Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling, as well as crisis intervention services.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reporting remotely as part of your caseload management.
- Highly motivated individual with a passion for helping people
- General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
- Experience working with NDIS/ disability & reporting requirements
- Diverse caseload with a wide range of presentations, across the lifespan
