About the Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a seasoned leader to step into the role of Group Finance Reconciliations Manager. This is a pivotal position within the finance operations team, responsible for overseeing the integrity and efficiency of financial reconciliations across a broad portfolio of brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate daily reconciliation operations across general ledger, suspense accounts, and payment streams
• Monitor unresolved exceptions and support business units in resolution
• Standardise and streamline reconciliation practices to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Act as a key contributor in major systems implementations and finance transformation initiatives
• Provide expert advice and maintain strong working relationships across internal stakeholders and external partners
• Establish and track KPIs to support compliance and process excellence

About You

• Extensive experience in financial reconciliations, including senior leadership responsibility
• Deep understanding of core banking or high-volume financial services environments
• Comfortable navigating large-scale operational change and systems implementation
• Proficient in financial platforms and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday
• Skilled in managing geographically dispersed teams
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
• Demonstrated success in delivering process improvements and building team capability
