This leadership role requires a strong background in lifecycle marketing, CRM, and marketing automation, with a focus on driving customer engagement, retention, and growth through data-driven strategies.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM and marketing migration projects, as well as working with major brands to execute impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and implementation of lifecycle marketing strategies designed to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and long-term growth. Ensure strategies are aligned with the broader business objectives.
- Oversee the deployment and optimisation of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems to execute personalised, data-driven campaigns.
- Design, manage, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, app, SMS, and social media. Use performance data to make continuous improvements to campaigns, ensuring high deliverability and consistent messaging across all channels.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and implement best practices for data privacy management.
- Manage the seamless integration of marketing automation and CRM systems to ensure accurate data flow. Optimise lead scoring, nurturing, and routing to sales teams for improved conversion rates.
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms to gather, analyse, and report on key campaign metrics. Use this data to refine strategies and improve future campaign performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring the team is always learning and evolving.
- 10+ years in Digital Marketing or a similar leadership role, with a proven track record of managing lifecycle marketing programs and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Eloqua, etc.), with experience in migrations and integrations.
- Experience working with large brands and executing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist, Oracle Eloqua CX Certified Implementation Professional, etc.
- The candidate must be based in Brisbane or be willing to relocate.
- Strong background in CRM/marketing migration projects, ideally for large brands or complex organisations.
- In-depth understanding of data-driven marketing and lead management strategies.
- Ability to manage and optimise sophisticated marketing automation platforms and integrate them with CRM systems.
