We are seeking two experienced Property Claims Administrators to join a reputable organisation for an initial 4-week contract. These roles are full-time and require an immediate start, with commencement no later than 28th January.

- Manage a portfolio of home insurance repair claims end-to-end, ensuring timelines, cost, and service quality are met.
- Monitor and report on provider performance while driving cost efficiency.
- Handle client interactions, resolve complaints professionally, and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and WHS requirements.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in property claims management within the insurance sector (essential).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Hours will rotate between 7am and 7pm, with the option to take on weekend overtime during busy periods.
