We are seeking multiple experienced Property Claims Administrator to join one of Australia's largest insurers. This role is a full-time position based in the Brisbane CBD to commence next week (from May 5th onwards).

- Manage a portfolio of home insurance repair claims end-to-end, ensuring timelines, cost, and service quality are met.
- Monitor and report on provider performance while driving cost efficiency.
- Handle client interactions, resolve complaints professionally, and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and WHS requirements.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in property claims management within the insurance sector OR experience as a property manager (essential).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
