Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive homelessness support to veterans and their families.
- Coordinate personalized housing plans, engaging clients in goal setting.
- Case manage 15-20 clients, helping with housing applications and securing housing options.
- Advocate for veterans to access community and specialist services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.
- Experience in social work, housing, or homelessness services is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation and homelessness frameworks.
- Familiarity with veteran and ADF community needs.
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with diverse teams.
