About the role:
Reporting into a high-performing People & Culture leadership team, this role will support HR operations with a key focus on compliance, injury management, and employee experience. You’ll work across multiple stakeholder groups, helping to ensure a safe and supportive work environment while contributing to wider cultural and change initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting employee lifecycle processes through the HRIS including probation reviews, exit processes, and critical incident reporting
- Coordinating workers compensation administration including medical certificate management and fortnightly payments
- Partnering with Return-to-Work Managers to support tailored return-to-work plans
- Conducting exit interviews and analysing feedback to drive workplace improvements
- Acting as a liaison between employees and leadership to resolve workplace concerns
- Supporting WHS initiatives and ensuring adherence to internal safety policies
- Participating in professional development and monthly team training sessions

You will also bring:
- Demonstrated experience in administration, insurance, medical or related fields
- Knowledge or experience in workers compensation or return-to-work coordination (desirable)
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
- A team-oriented mindset and a strong customer service focus
