As a key member of the team, you will leverage your project management and business analysis skills to support the successful execution of innovation initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of innovation experiments and projects from inception through to evaluation/delivery. You will be instrumental in enabling iterative business outcomes, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring a strong focus on client needs, continuous improvement, and innovative delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Agile project management of a range of innovation experiments and projects. Help facilitate a range of Agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, retrospectives), maintain Agile artefacts, and coordinate resources.
- Provide business analysis skills to understand business and stakeholder needs.
- Demonstrate a flexible and resilient mindset, capable of managing change effectively in a dynamic innovation environment.
- Technical collaboration with developers and other technical team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Apply Human Centred Design principles to ensure solutions meet user needs and enhance the user experience.
- Plan and lead resource and work allocation, release targets (in collaboration with the PMO), vendor and cross team resource availability.
