Are you an experienced professional with a strong background in motor assessing, insurance claims, or repair networks? We have an exciting opportunity for a Network Performance Consultant to join a high-performing team and drive key operational outcomes within a dynamic and customer-focused environment working for a national Insurance company based in Sydney.

About the Role
As a Network Performance Consultant, you will play a critical role in managing repairer relationships, ensuring repair quality, and optimising network performance. This role offers 80% on-the-road engagement with clients across Metro Sydney while also providing work-from-home flexibility. A full-service vehicle is included in the package to support your role.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing average repair costs and ensuring repairs are completed within contractual timeframes
  • Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction (NPS)
  • Maintaining high repair quality standards and overseeing repair duration control
  • Supporting the execution of strategic operational and commercial plan
  • Oversee network repair performance and compliance with contracted controls
  • Manage and optimise the motor repair network’s capacity and booking availability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and repair partners
  • Enhance customer communication and experience
  • Ensure performance management processes are well-documented and actioned effectively
  • Maintain a high-performance, high-integrity culture within the team
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Experience in motor insurance claims, assessing or repairs.
  • Working knowledge of Audanet and repair quoting systems
  • A deep understanding of the motor repair industry and regulatory requirement
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
