This is not a generalist marketing role. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes paid media – with hands-on experience in platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic tools like SA360, DV360, and The Trade Desk.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Paid Media Manager, you'll sit within a fast-paced digital hub, reporting to the Global Performance Marketing Leader (based in London) while collaborating locally with cross-functional teams. Your goal? To develop and execute high-performing, data-driven paid media strategies that drive customer acquisition and business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop tailored paid media plans for the ANZ region aligned to business goals
- Work across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and video platforms to reach and convert target audiences
- Partner with brand and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution
- Launch, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more
- Leverage insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement and ROI
- Use tools like Google Ads Editor, GA4, Tag Manager, and SA360 to fine-tune performance
- Manage and develop a Paid Media Specialist, delegating and mentoring for success
- Oversee and allocate campaign budgets with a performance-first mindset
- Provide clear, actionable reporting and insights to local and global stakeholders
- Stay ahead of market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activity
- Identify and test new channels, tools, and tactics to stay competitive
- Contribute to building new internal processes and best practices as the function scales
- 5+ years of experience dedicated to paid media/performance marketing
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns and budgets
- Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SA360, DV360, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
- Strong technical and analytical capabilities – confident in reporting, interpreting data, and turning insights into action
- Experience in B2B lead generation and marketing funnels
- Proven leadership skills and a collaborative, growth-driven mindset
- You’ve worked in-house or at an agency in roles dedicated to paid media (not generalist digital or marketing roles)
