Are you a paid media expert who lives and breathes campaign performance? We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join a growing in-house team and drive results across digital channels in the ANZ region.

We're after a true specialist, someone whose recent experience is 100% focused on performance marketing across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Programmatic platforms. You'll play a key role in the hands-on planning, implementation, and optimisation of paid media campaigns for a portfolio of B2B brands. Reporting to the Paid Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing full-funnel campaigns that drive lead generation, deliver ROI, and scale business growth across Australia and New Zealand.

What you'll be doing:

Campaign Development & Execution
  • Launch and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn
  • Write high-converting ad copy, test variations, and optimise assets to meet performance benchmarks
  • Conduct detailed audience targeting and keyword research
  • Monitor campaign pacing and ensure alignment with wider brand goals
Performance Optimisation
  • Run A/B tests across ads, copy, landing pages, and creative
  • Analyse campaign results and continuously improve performance against key KPIs
  • Use tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Editor, GA4, SA360, and more to fine-tune performance
  • Conduct competitor analysis to safeguard market share and uncover new opportunities
Budget Management & Reporting
  • Support budget allocation and daily tracking to maximise campaign impact
  • Flag pacing issues, recommend reallocations, and support monthly budget reviews
  • Report on campaign performance with insights, trends, and opportunities
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Paid Media Manager and internal stakeholders (brand, content, and marketing teams) to align campaign activity with business goals
  • Share performance learnings and contribute to a culture of testing, learning, and improvement
Who You Are
  • 4+ years of experience in hands-on paid media roles (agency or in-house)
  • Strong track record in managing performance-driven campaigns across search, social, and programmatic
  • Deep platform expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and ideally tools like SA360, DV360, and The Trade Desk
  • Skilled in conversion tracking setup, UTM tagging, data feeds, and analytics (GA4 experience is a plus)
  • Confident in B2B lead gen strategy, campaign optimisation, and budget management
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a passion for using data to improve performance
  • A natural collaborator who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
