In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and personal assistance, ensuring seamless support for senior stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior stakeholders
- Provide executive-level administrative support, including document preparation, correspondence, and reporting
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and workflow efficiency
- Assist with travel coordination, expense management, and meeting preparations
- Oversee administrative processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain discretion while handling confidential information
- Support the wider team with operational and project-related tasks as needed
- Proven experience in personal assistance, executive support, or high-level administration roles
- Strong calendar management skills, including scheduling, prioritisation, and stakeholder coordination
- High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with senior leaders and teams
- Experience working in the technology sector or supporting an IT leader would be advantageous
- 2–3 month temporary contract, with potential for extension or permanency
