We are seeking a procurement professional on the Sunshine Coast to provide dedicated support in the creation of procurement documentation and contract management to ensure the a critical project complies with the organisational guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:

• Reporting to the Project Manager, working alongside the commercial team, to provide procurement support services for the project.
• Provide accurate and timely support to a range of project stakeholders
• Assist the project team by:
- development of the Invitation to Tender and Request for Quote documents
- development of key performance indicators
- development of Procurement plans and Evaluation plans
- managing incoming tender correspondence and queries
- supporting the evaluation team, and;
- finalising the contract award documents
• Support the successful delivery of contracts through effective supplier performance and contract management.
• Proactively build and maintain effective relationships, across TMR to facilitate Project outcomes, with a specific focus on cost, quality and innovation.
• Jointly monitor and manage shared email accounts.
• Maintain accurate information systems and recordkeeping practices.
• Any other duties as required of the role to support the successful delivery of the project

• Works collaboratively with project team members, the procurement team  across the region, to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders and project team members.
• Demonstrations sound governance and risk management practices.
