The Project Scheduler will be responsible for:
- Assisting FND's Program Control's team, FND's Principal Advisor (Program Performance) and FND's DRFA Program Management Team in ensuring projects are created in accordance with the organsiations business rules
- Key participant in the development of program controls and reporting during all phases of the program
- Maintain project's Primavera P6 schedules in accordance with the business area requirements and rules
- Ensuring every project schedule is updated in the organisation systems every month to inform consolidated end of month reporting
- Ensure data integrity and alignment, including actioning action requests from the FND
- Principal Advisor (Program Performance) and NDP Team in relation to the project schedules
- Liaise with the FND Principal Advisor (Program Performance) to ensure compliance with relevant procedural requirements, NDP and QTRIP business rules; and Monitor and report on the effectiveness and performance of project management and scheduling activities and adherence to time management strategies, policies and systems.

- Ability to communicate effectively with persons at varying seniority levels
- Ability to develop strong rapport and relations with team members, to provide effective support and play a central coordination support role within the team
- Advanced listening skills so that issues and actions are recorded concisely and requested tasks carried out accurately in accordance with instructions
- Skillful at one-to-one interaction to respond to task clarification requirements, and being assertive when necessary to influence others to achieve deadlines.
- Possession of technical and/or project management qualifications from a recognised tertiary institution or a qualification in a relevant scheduling or transport infrastructure construction discipline.
- Detailed knowledge and extensive experience in the use of the Oracle Primavera Product Suite;
- Detailed knowledge and extensive experience in the advanced use of Microsoft Excel;
- Minimum of 5 years’ civil commercial planning, construction scheduling and reporting experience for civil construction projects
