We are seeking an experienced and highly capable administrator who enjoys working as part of a busy and dynamic team. This critical position ensures the smooth running of day-to-day office operations, including managing the shared information inbox, responding to enquiries in a polite and timely manner, taking phone calls, reception desk coverage, scanning and filing, and general administration duties.
About You
To be successful for this role, you will be available for an immediate start to work in a full-time capacity for the next three months. You will ideally bring:
- Demonstrated experience in an administration, reception, or customer service role.
- Proactive can-do attitude and positive approach to all tasks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Ability to work well both autonomously and within a team environment.
- Strong organisation skills and attention-to-detail.
- Desirable to have knowledge of billing processes for Medicare, DVA, and allied health services.
