About The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across the mining sector. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to develop innovative recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and create tailored recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Enhance employer branding through innovative recruitment marketing strategies
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and act as a trusted advisor on hiring decisions
- Keep up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related (agency or in-house) preferable in the mining space
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Passion for candidate experience and employer branding
- Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices
