We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our compassionate and dedicated team at our clients Aged Care Facility located near Hervey Bay. This full-time role offers 76 hours per fortnight, providing the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
• Monitor and assess resident health, administering medications and treatments as required.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure best practice care.
• Ensure resident safety and comfort, promoting dignity and independence.
• Support and educate families and staff on care-related matters.
• Comply with regulatory and clinical standards, including Aged Care Quality Standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous experience in an aged care setting is preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact in the lives of residents.
